Cheryl A. Moyer, PhD, MPH has been working with colleagues in Ghana for more than a decade in an attempt to unpack the complex social, cultural, and clinical issues surrounding maternal and neonatal health.
In this lecture Dr. Moyer will describe both qualitative and quantitative findings across several studies in Ghana, including:
Dr. Moyer is the Director of the University of Michigan’s African Social Research Initiative, and she is Associate Director of Global REACH at the University of Michigan Medical School. She is also an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Learning Health Sciences and Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Michigan.
