The housing crisis in Spain has sparked a snap election on 29 November.
CC The eviction of 87-year-old Maricarmen Abascal in September led thousands of Spaniards into the streets to protest housing crisis and inequality. The protests led Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez to call a snap election on November 29th.
What are the political consequences of the housing crisis, in Spain and in Europe? What are the causes?
We invite Sammen Housing, who works with student housing here in Bergen, to moderate this discussion with our expert panelists on Spanish politics, political demography and housing.
All are welcome!
