Technology is changing the law and the legal profession innumerable ways.
This roundtable discusses some of the most pertinent issues – from threats that new technologies – by design or default – are posing to our privacy, and the challenges of developing legal regulations that can adequately handle these challenges; to computer judging that look set to change the way in which judicial institutions operate and the work of the legal profession.
